Here at Cherox Park we specialise in breeding Crabbet Arabians. The Crabbet Arabian is a recognised strain of the Arabian Horse breed. The definition of a Crabbet Arabian, is simply a horse that can trace all its bloodlines to the horses owned/bred/purchased by Crabbet Stud in England.
Naming Guidelines:
Before 2002, no more than 3 separate words with 17 letters and spaces may be used. For the year 2002 and after, up to 4 separate words with 19 letters and spaces.
No numerals (Roman or Arabic), punctuation other than a dash or Sr. or Jr. Bint means daughter of eg. Bint Jazzira means daughter of Jazzira. Ibn means son of eg. Ibn Azhar means son of Azhar.
Height:
Tend to be around 14.1hh to 15.2hh but can be larger or smaller.
Colours and Markings:
Colours may be chestnut, grey, bay & brown.. Sabino and Rabicano can also ocur, as does the bloody shoulder. This is a cluster of flea-bites clustered together over part of the neck and shoulder.
